Washing Machine Leak Laundry Room

Water damage from a drain backup in the laundry room of this West Hills home spread throughout the entire lower level. Drywall and insulation had to be removed because the water had wicked up into the drywall about two feet. Flooring also had to be removed because the water had seeped in underneath the tile. After the drying process was complete we made sure no mold had formed and replaced the insulation and damaged drywall. The entire area was freshly painted to make it look like nothing ever happened.
